SEATTLE – October 7, 2025 – Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS), an Amazon.com, Inc. company (NASDAQ: AMZN), today announced the 40 global startups selected to participate in the third cohort of the AWS Generative AI Accelerator (GAIA), an eight-week program designed to scale early stage companies building foundational generative AI technologies.

Each company will receive up to $1 million USD in AWS credits, be matched with both business and technical mentors, and gain access to AWS’s generative AI tech stack to accelerate their growth. The program also focuses on developing important business and technical acumen, including driving ML performance, stack optimization, and go-to-market strategies.

The 2025 cohort reflects AWS’s commitment to global inclusion, with selected companies drawn from North America, Asia Pacific and Japan, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. The program will include industry-specific mentoring and support for foundation model companies, infrastructure providers, and AI tooling innovators.
