Through cloud native modernization and pioneering AI-Led CX Transformation, the partnership aims to accelerate Globe’s digital platform supremacy.
The strategic partnership encompasses multiple initiatives across various Globe businesses, with AWS working closely with Globe on:
● Cloud Infrastructure Modernization: Globe is expanding its cloud footprint through significant infrastructure investments, including enhanced disaster recovery capabilities and platform engineering improvements to champion network resiliency and support commercial initiatives.
● Enhanced Customer Experience: Globe is modernizing its B2B systems and digital platforms, including new features for its GOMO service and implementing advanced consent and preference management systems to deliver more personalized customer experiences.
● Network Innovation: Globe is collaborating with AWS to transform its network management systems and implement innovative solutions for SIM activation and porting capabilities.
● Real-time Operations: The partnership will enable real-time campaign management and data streaming capabilities, improving Globe's ability to serve customers with targeted, timely and relevant offerings.
● Customer Experience AI-Led Transformation: Globe is driving CX improvements through AWS investments in AI-powered solutions for customer lifecycle/value management, a customer voicebot built on an AWS AI Landing zone.
