SEATTLE & SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 19, 2006-- Amazon Services, Amazon Services Europe, and Benefit Cosmetics today announced that Benefit Cosmetics has chosen the Amazon Services Enterprise Solution to develop and support new Benefit Cosmetics online and phone order offerings for the United States and United Kingdom. A subsidiary of leading luxury group LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, Benefit Cosmetics is one of the fastest-growing cosmetics companies in the United States and is rapidly expanding its international presence. Under the multiyear agreement, Amazon Services and Amazon Services Europe will provide phone order processing and an end-to-end e-commerce solution for Benefit Cosmetics U.S. and U.K. Web sites, including design and usability, technology platform, order fulfillment, and customer service for orders placed online. Both Web sites and phone order services are scheduled to launch later this year.
