Orders and deliveries in British Columbia due to flooding

As you are likely aware, British Columbia has experienced unprecedented weather events during the past few weeks, severely hindering transportation in and out of Western Canada because of road closures and infrastructure damage.

The vast majority of our network outside of British Columbia is unaffected and operating normally. Unfortunately, because of these events, certain locations in British Columbia are experiencing delivery delays with their orders. We apologize for this inconvenience and we are doing everything we can to make it right.
