So far Amazon.co.uk has received pre-orders from as far afield as Slovakia and Norway. In addition, many pre-orders have been placed by British Forces around the world, and Amazon has seen a 17% increase in the proportion of pre-orders for the adult version of Harry Potter 6 (Half-Blood Prince) when compared with Harry Potter 5 (Order of the Phoenix) over the same period of time.
