Survey Methodology This survey was conducted online by HarrisX among 22117 recent online shoppers from February 18 through March 3, 2025 across 11 countries. Respondents were recruited through opt-in, web-panel recruitment sampling. Recruitment occurs though a broad variety of professional, validated respondent panels to expand the sampling frame as wide as possible and minimize the impact of any given panel on recruiting methods. Sample size and sampling margin of error for each country are as follows: UK (N: 2019 MoE: +/- 2.2%), Germany (N: 2017 MoE: +/- 2.2%), France (N: 2008 MoE: +/- 2.2%), Italy (N: 2009 MoE: +/- 2.2%), Spain (N: 2009 MoE: +/- 2.2%), Netherlands (N: 2007 MoE: +/- 2.2%), Sweden (N: 2010 MoE: +/- 2.2%), Belgium (N: 2012 MoE: +/- 2.2%), Poland (N: 2011 MoE: +/- 2.2%), Austria (N: 2005 MoE: +/- 2.2%), Portugal (N: 2010 MoE: +/- 2.2%), Results were weighted by gender, age, and region where necessary to align with actual demographic proportions amongst the population of recent online shoppers within each country. All participants (including non-shoppers) were initially weighted to a Stage 1 general population weight. These initial benchmarks were gathered from census data from each country. Weighted proportions amongst online shoppers using stage 1 weights were used as the benchmark for final weights of qualified completes.
